BBQ classes are held once a month on Sundays and can accommodate up to 10 people at a time.
$600 per person includes LUNCH & all the beer your can drink, 4 hours oF hands on instruction, full brisket for take home enjoyment, TRIMMING KNIFE & meat THERMOMETER and a tRUTH BBQ swag bag.
Prices subject to change based on commodities & supply chain challenges. Special requests & additional proteins for additional instruction will be priced a la cart. Please submit form and inquire for custom pricing.
Classes are non-refundable but transferrable in extenuating circumstances.
Larger groups, private parties and corporate events can be accommodated for special occasions upon request.
